Editorial complaints policy

We (FutureBusiness and the licensed publisher Damson Media Limited) take all complaints seriously and are committed to abiding by the independent press standards organization (IPSO) rules and regulations and our own internal editorial standards.

What does the Policy Cover?

The policy applies to complaints about editorial coverage on the FutureBusiness website or newsletters and other digital services including social media. It does not cover complaints about advertising.

It does cover complaints about taste, decency, impartiality, books, and inaccuracy.

Complaints must be received within three months of the initial publication of the article.

We will acknowledge any complaint within five working days and we shall attempt to investigate and resolve such complaints within a 28 days period.

To make a complaint, you must provide a copy of the article in question, a written explanation of your concerns and any other document that will help us assess your complaint.
