FutureBusiness and the licensed publisher Damson media Limited (We/Us) work to the higher editorial standards and maintain strong in-house control over the level of all editorial produced. We take great care to ensure that all members of the editorial team be they employed or freelance follow our internal rules on editorial production.

We take great care not to publish misleading information or distortion and if informed that any article falls below our excepted standard will ensure correction, removal or where appropriate an apology.

We will always ensure that the editorial that is created as “comment” is marked as such.

All pictures are sourced from legitimate sources and where required are credited.

Where we produce articles where the writer has a connection or is in some way has or could benefit from the article, in particular, if this has a financial basis, we will always make this clear and declare the interest. 

We accept branded content to enhance the reader’s knowledge and will always mark this material as such.

Rights to publish

If you submit an article to us for publication, you agree to be bound by the same standard as outlined above and confirm that you have the legal right to the article and that it has not been published elsewhere as we do not accept reproduced material. By providing editorial articles you are providing is with exclusive first rights to publish, both on the FutureBusiness website, magazine, newsletter and social media. FutureBusiness has to right to syndicate, distribute, republish and retransmit including print, electronic, online, mobile and tablet apps.

If you provide images or pictures, by so doing, you confirm that you have the rights to use the pictures or images and pass those rights to use for use within the article or feature or for any associated use.

You further confirm that the article is true or if “comment” marked as such clearly, that it is not defamatory to any person or entity and that you indemnify us if it is found not be the case.
