Those who express the toxic behavior within the workplace environment can affect those nearby, but can particularly be an issue in an tasks involving teamwork. But if you have a performance-based system that distinctly establishes roles, goals, and expectations, regulates employees’ output to your important goals and results, and handle routine coaching sessions with those doing the work, you will be capable of identifying the toxic members from the hard-working members.
